Enchanted Lights takes place rain, snow or shine; please prepare accordingly and come dressed for the current weather conditions. In the event of a closure or cancellation due to weather, ticket holders will be notified by email.
No, please attend Enchanted Lights on the date/time you purchased your tickets for.
We ask that you arrive no later than 30 minutes after the time listed on your ticket.
You do not need to change your ticket time if you’re running late.
There will not be tickets available for sale at the door.
Tickets must be purchased in advance. We highly recommend purchasing tickets as far in advance as you can as we anticipate selling out most nights.

Portions of Enchanted Lights may be challenging for guests using a walker and/or wheelchair. Pathways are graveled and you will encounter several slopes. Benches are placed along paths to provide a place to take a break. We DO NOT recommend wheelchairs, walkers or strollers.
If you must bring a stroller or wagon for children we strongly suggest outdoor, all terrain large tires.
Enchanted Lights is an outdoor event. The path is graveled, we suggest wearing shoes with good traction. Please come prepared for the weather conditions.
It takes 40-50 minutes to walk the entire display when moving at a leisurely pace and enjoying the entire venue. Also take some time to enjoy the campfire, roast s’mores, and take some photos. You must remain on the path to avoid wires and other tripping hazards. ANYONE LEAVING THE PATH WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND
Parking is $5 – proceeds go to “Crisis Center North” & “Cross Your Paws Dog Rescue”
